I’m Eitan Becker, founder of STRATALYTx. Over more than 20 years at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Vaccines, and EMD Serono, I've worked across rare respiratory, neuromuscular, and genetic disease, pain, neurology, infectious disease, and reproductive health. That work has spanned competitive intelligence, market research, forecasting, and commercial strategy.

Specific accomplishments include building target product profiles for early-stage pipeline assets and developing multi-year strategic global forecasts. I've also planned and facilitated cross-functional competitive war games, provided subject matter expertise that helped inform a pipeline-shaping acquisition, and presented strategic recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.

I founded STRATALYTx because a hard commercial question doesn't always justify a full-time hire or a full-service consultancy. STRATALYTx exists in between: senior judgment, scoped to the business issue in front of you, without the fixed cost of an employee or a broader engagement than the problem calls for.

That judgment is built on both scientific and business foundations: a BS in Biochemistry from UCLA and an MS in Life Sciences from the Weizmann Institute of Science, paired with an MBA in Strategic Management and Consulting from the MIT Sloan School of Management. That foundation, applied across the work above, is what lets me get to the substance of complex clinical, market and competitive data quickly, and turn it into strategy a business can act on.
